Questions

Do I have to buy toner through MeterBeam?

No. Order wherever you like. The reorder button (in pilot) just makes it the easiest option: it already knows the printer, the cartridge, and where to ship it.

What happens when I add an eleventh printer?

It won't be enrolled. Your ten keep working exactly as before; the eleventh is invisible until you move to Single Seat, which you can do from Billing in about a minute.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No and no. Month to month, cancel from the Billing tab whenever you like.

What do I need to install?

One small collector program on any Windows or Linux PC that's on the same network as the printers. It finds them automatically. Nothing gets installed on the printers themselves.

Does Starter have a free trial?

Yes — 30 days. You enter a card at checkout so there's no interruption when the trial ends, but nothing is charged until then.
