Prices in USD. 30-day free trial: card or bank on file, nothing charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you owe nothing. Then billed monthly in arrears: on the 1st you're charged for the previous month — base fee plus overage on the highest device count seen that month. Your first invoice covers only the days after your trial ended. Card, Apple Pay, Link, or ACH bank debit. Cancel any time. Founding Rate holds for as long as your subscription stays active.

Questions

What does "Founding Rate, locked for life" actually mean?

The monthly price you sign up at never goes up while your subscription stays active. If you cancel and come back later, you re-enter at the list price. It's limited to the first 10 dealers and 25 single-seat teams.

How do you count printers?

Any device MeterBeam is actively collecting meters from. Decommission a printer and it drops off your count. Overage is calculated on the peak count each month, so a device that's on for a week costs the same as one that's on all month.

Is there a setup fee or minimum term?

No and no. Month to month. The agent installs in under an hour and you can walk away whenever you like.

When am I charged?

Not during your 30-day trial. After that, on the 1st of each month for the month that just ended. If your trial ends on the 20th, your first invoice on the 1st covers only those ten days — base fee prorated, overage only if you actually went over. Card, Apple Pay, Link, or US bank account (ACH) — your choice at checkout.

What's "in pilot" mean on automated ordering?

It's running today on real fleets, but we're not charging for it and not making promises about it yet. When toner gets low, MeterBeam builds the exact order, priced across your distributors. You approve, it ships. Founding partners get it first.

Can I start on Single Seat and move to Dealer?

Yes. Upgrade any time — your Founding Rate carries over to the dealer plan's Founding Rate if slots remain.

Do you offer a trial?

Yes — 30 days free on either plan. You enter a card or bank account at checkout so there's no interruption when the trial ends, but nothing is charged until then. Your Founding Rate is reserved the day your trial starts. If it isn't earning its keep, cancel from the Billing tab before day 30 and you owe nothing.
