Printanista pricing: how it's quoted and what to expect (2026)
Short version: Printanista Hub pricing is not published. ECI Software Solutions quotes it per device through its sales team, commonly bundled with e-automate, on annual or multi-year agreements. Because Printanista is the successor to both FM Audit and PrintFleet, the commercial model is the same one dealers already know from those products: a monthly minimum, a per-device rate above the included count, add-on modules, and a term. How Printanista pricing works
Printanista Hub is ECI's cloud MPS platform, formed by unifying PrintFleet and FM Audit. There is no price list on ecisolutions.com. From public dealer discussions and quotes shared with us, the structure looks like this:
- Per-device subscription. A monthly rate per monitored device, usually sold in tiers with a minimum monthly commitment.
- Bundling with e-automate. The best Printanista rates typically come as part of an ECI suite deal. Standalone quotes exist but are less common.
- Term. Agreements are commonly 12 to 36 months, often co-termed with other ECI products.
- Add-ons. Embedded device options, supply-fulfillment workflows, OEM integrations, and certain reporting can be separate line items.
- Migration pricing. Existing FM Audit and PrintFleet customers are being moved to Printanista; whether the rate stays the same at migration is negotiated.
