FM Audit pricing: what it actually costs (2026)
Short version: ECI does not publish FM Audit pricing. It is quoted per device, bundled with e-automate and other ECI modules, and sold on annual or multi-year agreements. Dealers we've talked to report the smallest FM Audit tiers landing around $530 per month, and larger fleets scaling from there per device. This page explains how the pricing model works, what drives the quote up, what questions to ask before you sign, and how it compares to published alternatives.
How FM Audit pricing works
FM Audit (FMAudit) is sold by ECI Software Solutions, the company behind the e-automate dealer ERP. There is no price list on ECI's website; every deal goes through a sales rep. Based on public dealer discussions and quotes shared with us, the structure typically looks like this:
- Per-device, per-month. The core charge is a rate multiplied by the number of monitored devices, usually sold in tiers (for example, up to a certain device count at a flat monthly minimum, then a per-device rate above it).
- A monthly minimum. Small dealers rarely pay a true per-device rate; the smallest package carries a floor. That floor is the ~$530/month figure most small dealers quote back to us.
- Term commitment. Agreements are commonly 12 to 36 months, often co-termed with e-automate.
- Modules and integrations priced separately. Supply fulfillment workflows, ERP connectors, and OEM integrations can add to the base.
- Onboarding / implementation fees may apply, particularly if you are also implementing e-automate.

What pushes the price up
- Device count growth mid-term. Adding devices during the contract is billed at the per-device rate; removing them usually doesn't lower the minimum.
- Multi-year vs annual. Longer terms get a lower rate but lock you in through ECI's product transitions.
- ERP bundling. The best FM Audit rates tend to come bundled with e-automate, which is a much larger commitment.
- Supply and fulfillment modules. Automated supply ordering and fulfillment integrations are typically separate line items.

- What is the monthly minimum, and does it drop if our device count drops?
